740 Turbo no start 700

I have a 1988 740 Turbo that is getting no spark. I tested the distributor and it seems to be functioning correctly. There is 12v at the coil but nothing at the high tension wire. The car did start and run once and then died after 1 mile. Is there a seperate position sensor? Seperate ignition black box?
