940 on MSN car page 900

I noticed that the MSN car page shows most/all years of 940 having serious engine, driveline, and heating/cooling system troubles. This is certainly news to me, having driven 740/940's for more than a decade, so I checked the details:

1. Engine: Faulty Radio Suppression relay or fuel pressure regulator
2. Driveline: Faulty PNP switch.

All these above problems are very well known and trivial and cheap to fix. I don't know whether to be annoyed that they are bad-mouthing a good car by using frequency-only data nad not weighting it with the cost or seriousness of the issue, or happy that this sort of quasi-misinformation keeps the used price down and we can pick up good used 940's because the owners are scared.

3. The heating/cooling issue is the notoriously expensive MCC unit that fails due to solder cracking. The price of that part is a disgrace to Volvo, and I am still considering going into business fixing and reselling these units. Still not fair to the 940, though, loss of AC is not serious compared to what happens to minivans of the same age.
