Upper cylinder lubrication via Redline Complete fuel system cleaner and or Marvel Mystery oil? 700

Happy New Year folks!

Question, can i use Redline fuel system cleaner and or marvel mystery oil say once every 2weeks? Will using these products cause significant carbon build up and or damage my knock sensor? Currently i have no carbon issues, but i would just like to keep my fuel system at the optimal level. I reside on the northeast coast and they use a lot of reformulated gas up here. I use nothing but synthetic lubes/filters and premium fuels, but i again just opt for a product with upper cylinder lube added on a regular basis. Redline states that they have synthetic cleaners/lubes in theirs how true? Marvel contains dino oils, which is better? And last would using these products too often cause my fuel to become too rich?
