Camshaft wear on an 83 V6 700 1983

I can pickup an '83 760 with a V6 for $600.00 Canadian.
It's in excellent condition for the year and has 244,000K on the odometer thats only 152,000 miles for you Americans.
The problem: Camshaft and Valve area noise.
Question: How do I fix it?
