89 240 header pipe replacement 200 1989

I need to replace the header pipe on my 89' 240. Can anybody help with what I will need and any suggestions to make this repair as easy as possibly? I have the header pipe and want to also know if there are any gaskets or other pieces I will need to buy before I start? Any help is greatly appreciated.
