Gas Mileage 200 1983

Have 1983 Volvo GLT Turbo 244 B21FT eng, what kind of miles per gallon should I be
getting roughfully, Plugs are good and Distribtor parts are new and Filters are new, drive 44 miles a day 40 miles of which are interstate miles, getting 11 to 12 miles a gallon now, any fine tuning help would be helpful
