Need help! New rear rotors and calipers brakes still squeal bad???!!! 700 1985

Just had my rear brakes redone and after a week or so they are squealing alot.THis doesnt mean they are already shot does it? I am hoping the mechanic did not put enough grease on the pads. anyone else had this problem?
