More detail to my dash board blinking prolem// 200

Here is more detail what light is blinking on my dash board...


as I said before it oftend happend in winter early morning... the blinking problem most of time went away after 10 minutes of runing..

but oftend this blinking problem cause the car to run extremly poor sometime dead..

here is the light that come on..

1. battery (sign picture) it glowing red.. on and off
2. parking brake ( glowing red) on and off)

thank for all your input and support I know for sure we will solve this problem it have been fun and great learn experience for me..

happy new year to every on on this board...

yes I will also look at the red wire that every one said to do...
