starting problems 965 -95 900 1995

i have a problem when i start my 965 -95, fuel injected.
if it dont start right away after turning the key, it seems to overflow with gasoline, then it would be impossible to start again unless i kill the battery to try and dry it

does anybody now or had the same problem
