How fast is the 740? 700

I am curious as to how fast a 740 can go.
I'm sure I would never test the limits
of my car like that, and I am having a hard
time believing the 140 as printed on the
speedometer. Can turbos go to a higher MPH
than non-turbo (what I have). I am also
curious as to the amount of seconds it takes
from 0 to 60 MPH.
