Rough Idle 900 1993

Hello, Today when I went to put the car in park, after a 30 min drive, the idle started to move up and down by about 500 rpm, then when I would put in to reverse or drive it goes away. Also on the dash the bulb indicator says my turn signal are not working but are. Another odd thing happened a couple of nights ago, when I turned off the car I turned off the fan, then the radio light came on, then I turn on the fan and the light went off, this with the key not in the ignition. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Bob
