Cheapo seat rehab?

Has anybody ever tried using those spray cans of poly foam insulation to "pump up" a tired seat cushion? I've been thinking of cutting an inconspicous slit in the bolsters and shooting some in with the tube extension to see what happens, that is, whenever it warms up a bit here in PA. Anybody else?
