Door won't shut... 140-160 1968

My 142's driver side door has always been hard to shut. But just today it started not shutting at all. I will close it and be able to just pull on it and it will open. It has always been slightly out of alignment, (it rubs the door frame on the body), but now the door "jams" or what ever, where it interlocks the door and the car, looks pretty worn out. Is it just out of adjustment? if so, how do I fix it... Or do I need to replace the "jams"... I really have no clue. let me know please... Thanks!
