Noise from fuel pump 900 1993

I have a low hum coming from the fuel pump under the drivers door. The other odd thing is after driving for 30 min. and I put it into park the idle start to run up and down by about 500 rpm. Also the bulb out light is on and they all work. Also when a take the key out of the inginton and turn off the fan, the radio lights up, then I turn the fan on the light goes out, all the time with no key in. Thanks Bob
