Eratic idle on cold start until warm 200

Eratic idle only on inital cold start in morning. I have cleaned throtlle body, changed idle motor, checked operation of air mass meter. And finally replaced ecu/brain. Next step is coolant sensor. It's a 93 240, and runs great after warms up HELP, I'm running out of money.
