Haynes Manual 700 1989

I discovered today that Haynes doesn't make a manual for the 89 760. What is a good alternative? This board is great, but I feel stupid asking about some simple things that have got to be included in a manual somewhere. I had a 1975 BMW 2002 that came with a Chiltons when I bought it and hated it and found Haynes easy to follow. Now with 2 Volvos in the driveway 1 cannot afford to take to shop and have the simple things fixed.
