Overdrive one-way clutch 200

I have a 1980 245, four speed w/O.D. The time has come to replace the one-way roller cutch in the O.D. I have the new clutch, snap ring, gaskets, plastic upper bolt crush gaskets and the Volvo O.D. book. If anyone who has done this procedure has any hints or tips for a first timer I would appreciate hearing them. Thanks.
