960 Door panel exchange Program 900 1995

There were several posts about two weeks ago (by Dawgvolvo?) regarding a Volvo door panel exchange program to correct the glue separation on mid-90's cars. My dealer on longIsland has no info on the program. Can anyone advise if theirs was actually replaced by Volvo, and if so name the dealer please. thanks
