Still no OD 900

Still no OD. :-( I've checked the wiring, replaced the solenoid, replaced the relay... Not 4th gear! Starting to get irritated.... When I push the button on the gear selector, the lock-out light gets dimmer. It's on all the time. I need some help. I'm running out of time here. Any suggestions? I'll be browsing the FAQ's in the meantime. Thanks in advance-
