i have a 1990 744gle 16valve with a aw 72l transmission, loaned it to a relative on friday and the overdrive (orange arrow on the dash) wont go off car runs and drives but not in OD (cant go faster then 55mph) the fuse that is associated with the OD system, in slot 12 blows out after letting it sit a while idling in the driveway. i tried to blow out the fuse by pressing the OD button on the side of the shifter, but it doesnt blow. this led me to belive that its something else, am i right? what are some of the things that will cause fuse 12 to blow?? i need help asap
