m40 to m41 transmission swap 140-160

I have a 73 145 it has a 4 speed m40 transmission in it. I have a friend who has a 4speed with O/D m41 for me and its out of a 74. I was just wondering what problems I would be running into with this swap. Drive shaft length, bell housing, what not.
