Can 1 bad plug cause my brick to NOT start? 200 1986

About 2 weeks ago I changed out my plugs (good thing: previous owner had Ford plugs in)and it was the first time I gapped plugs. I was a little over enthusiastic with one and over gapped it-when I was fixing it I put a dink in the center electrode. My husband told me to "go with it" My wagon was running great--until today. It cranks but won't turn over. It has gas, I traded out all of the related fuses and the battery seems to be in order. HELP!!!!
Thanks.
