Question on emissions specs 900

Does anyone know how I could get the original manufacturer emission specifications for a particular model in the GM line-up? I don’t mean the emission program specs in the various states/provinces imposed by the governments (usually imported from California). I mean the emission specs on a new engine that the manufacturer had to do to get the engine certified by the federal government. I would like to compare these numbers to the emission testing limits in Ontario and see the difference. I tried the GM Canada headquarters and they will not release the numbers to me after I told them what I want them for.
