Project 1976 264 with bad clutch slave 200 1976

Just found a buy in my town, a 1976 264 for $400. We have yet to check it out, but the owner states that the clutch slave leaks and is "a bitch to drive when the clutch won't disengage". How much we lookin at? My two other friends are in on this car with me, one with a 1985 245 GL turbo, one with a 1970 Mustang 302, and me with a 1987 245 GL. Between us we have replaced entire exhausts on the non-turbo and mustang, new intake and carb on the mustang, new in-tank fuel pumps on the two volvos, new front brakes on the non turbo, new engine mounts on the non turbo, radiator flushes, brake bleeds, oil changes, tune ups, engine sensors on the two volvos, new heater blower motor on the non turbo, extensive engine and stereo wiring, and bentleys for both volvos. How expensive a job is this going to be, and do we have the expertise? I think we can pick up the tools we need, but is this one of those things that a garage or person with tons of specialty tools needs to do? Thanks.

Nick
