Rear Defrost 200

90 240 sedan 72K,

When applying rear window defrost the switch must be held in for five to ten seconds before it will illuminate. On my 93 245, the rear window heat switch will iluminate as the switch is depressed. Anybody know why the time lapse on the 90 sedan? Both units will defrost windows.
