'83 240. Has spark, hear fuel pump and it is getting fuel to the filter under the hood, but it just rolls and rolls and rolls.... If you pull the injectors and roll it over should they spray fuel? What about a pre pump in the tank?

This car ran fine. I parked it and it snowed alot and when i went to move it about 5 weeks later it wouldn't go. (figured it was froze) So i pushed it into the garage and warmed it up but no go....
Any ideas.. please??
