Vaccume diagram 200 1979

I have a 79 244DL and i need a vaccume hose routing diagram.... my car hasnt been started since july 01,and i finally started it 3days ago and it idles just beautifully, but once it warms up it shut down lik every 5-10seconds, the warmer it gets, the less run time i have.. it does cut off while cold also, but not as often.. i noticed some disconnected and out of place vaccume hoses, and i cant fgure out where they go,therfor i would like a diagram to aid me in placing the hoses in the proper location.. hopefully that will stop my car from acting the way that it is....
