Which engine got the best fuel consumption and performance? 700 1990

Which engine got the best fuel consumption and performance: B230t, B234f, B230f?
I am just curious to find “the best”, actually what are advantages and disadvantages of each one. I owe 1989 740GLE b234f 169000km, and fuel consumption is 18/20m/g.
Is that O.K.?
