why woln't my car start 200

I have a 1982 244 with a B21 engine and have had some troble getting it to start in the cold. I have spark and I am getting gas but it will not start. My fuel is dilerved via the LH1 set up and I am runing with the chrysler ignition system. Checked all the fuses and wiring.
Any help will help
