SEAT HEATER 900

Hi Folks, I have a 93 940 and drivers side heated seat does not operate.
The orange "on" indicator light comes on but "no heat". I cannot even imagine where to start troubleshooting. Are there any inherent problems with the seat heaters?? Any help/info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
