How remove broken splash-pan bolt? 900 1993

When removing splash-pan everything went nicely at first, but half-way out one of the two thicker bilts at the middle rear end edge of the plastic splash-pan under the front of the engine broke off. Any suggestions on how to get the remains outta there?
