960 wiring harness 900

Please, someone tell me how to remove the 960 engine wiring harness from under the intake manifold to fuel injectors and coil packs. Do I have to take out the intake manifold and if so how?

The '95 960 died while underway. The car restarted after that, but with the "Check Engine" light on and OBD I codes 113 and 115. Reading 700/900 FAQ, I found these codes to account for malfuntion of all six fuel injectors. I suspected the welds in the engine wiring harness that Tom Irwin warned about and told us to solder as preventive maintenance. Still, I searched Brickboard for "113" and "115". I found that back on January 7, 2000, DW posted loss of power, "Check Engine" light on and OBD I codes 113 and 115. Rich K replied the problem was the welds and the solution was to solder the engine wiring harness with the six green wires going to the injectors. Experience with wires and connectors to coil packs and now wires to injectors, tells me to solder like Tom and Rich recommended or even put in a new wiring harness.

Best regards.
