245 turbo with low compression in 3 cylinders 200

I have a 83 245 turbo with theb21ft engine and it has been diagnosed of having low compression in 3 cylinders and the other cylinder isn't as high as it should be either. It is reading between 75 and 80 in the three cylinders and about 115 in the other. Any ideas of what this could be would be greatly appreciated. The car runs like crap, it hesitates on acceleration and smells like fuel inside the car under acceleration. Thank you in advance for any help.
