What is the difference between Turbo sway bars and non Turbo sway bars? 200

My friend has a non turbo wagon that he wants to upgrade. He saw some turbo sway bars for sale but is wondering if there is a difference between them and the normal ones. If it is different how many other suspension items are different on the turbo models.
