240 turbo rim lugs 200 1989

I am converting my stock wheels with the 240 turbo Virgo rims. I am trying to bid a set on E-bay that do not have the lug nuts. Will the stock lugs work??If not, how easy is it to get a hold of a set?? thanks much!!! Thank you Brickboard for all the flametrap responses!!!
