Aw-70 & Aw-71 Transmission swap 200 1990

Hello all! I have a 1990 Volvo 240dl with a bad transmission, it has an Aw-70 trannie in it, but I have been offered an Aw-71 from a 940 turbo. Are these transmissions swappable, and if so are there any extra parts needed, and how long would it take? Or if anyone has an Aw-70, I would be pleased to know! Thanks.
