Engine Wiring Harness - Anyone know of a good mechanic in the Los Angeles area??? 200

Hi:
I have basically replaced all the major parts in my volvo wagan. No more car payments! but I need to replace my engine wiring harness. My mechanic wants to charge 700.00. I in NO WAY want to do this myself. Does anyone know of a reputable volvo mechanic in the Los Angeles area that could do this job. Also, where do I go for wheel bearings? Help! Girl in California that DOES NOT want to do the work herself (smile).
