Replacing the carpet.. pulling the rear seat.. gots me some questions 200 1984

Okay. So she passed my test (if she didn't smog, I would have parted her out). Got my tags from the DMV today, she's finally legal without those $$ one trip permits. Was planning on hitting the yards today, except I had to go in search of a turbo hose for the 760 (boo.. McKevitt Volvo/Nissan is rude and overly expensive, avoid those jokers.. 100% markup on parts, no thanks.).

ANYWAYS. My goal today is to remove all the major interior stuff. The front seats, carpets, and insulation have gone. Amazing how much water that sound insulation can hold. The seats I'll probably replace with used ones.. but I dunno if I want to hassle used carpet out of a pick 'n' pull car. Can anyone recommend a good place to get carpeting from?

Alas, I haven't gotten the middle carpet out.. after a quick look (light headed from inhaling lots of mold and Lysol so I'm taking a break) I couldn't figure out how the rear seat pulls out. Can anyone offer a step by step set of instructions on how to remove the rear seat of a wagon for us simple minded folk?
