Factory Console Lid Cupholder 900

I just bought one of these used off of ebay and suspect it's damaged. The factory console lid has brass threaded inserts to hold the two screws that retain the lid. There aren't any in the cupholder lid and the holes aren't threaded. Damaged lid or am I missing something? Thanks!
