240 DL 100K mile Maintenance Schedule

I recently purchased a 240 DL with 117k miles on it. I'm not sure about it's previous maintenance record. Can you suggest what areas I should check into and what would be the recommended maintenance schedule at this point in the car's life? Any items that I should look into replacing?
