Where is the 8 pin connector for idling cure? 900 1995

I've read in the archives that Volvo has released a TSB for remedy to idling ailment. According to those postings, there is a 8-pin connector that gets corroded and could possible cause erratic idling.

Can someone tell me where exactly is this 8-pin connector?
My car has this idling ailment that had undergone quite a bit of tune-up and parts replacements but to no avail.
