My '94 960 has progressively gotten harder to start while the engine is cold.
Now it won't start at all. The engine turns over good and tries to start but just can't quite get going. I checked the fault codes which came up as 332, 222, 131, 113, and 313. I've not found a list specific to my car so I'm not sure what they are. I cleared the codes thinking that what ever was wrong would cause the code to come back narrowing the trouble shooting. No codes came back. I noticed that the IAC valve is humming when the ignition is turned to the on position which I've never noticed before. In checking the voltages and ground on the connectors to the ICA I'm only getting .35M ohms ground on pin 3 from the wiring harness. Chilton's says it should be 0 ohms. Could this be my problem? If so, where does this ground lead go back to? I can't find anywhere in this book that describes where to look for the ground connection, it just says to repair circuit. Replies would be appreciated.
Thanks
