Parts and considerations. Have a car I can remove parts from should I 200

I am the proud owner of A 89 240 waggon. It has been Modified with IPD suspension, and exhaust. TIP TOP SHAPE ! 117k
I just purcahsed my second 240/ sedan 1990 175k (got it for $1000) Nothing wrong with it. No body problems, inside is A+. May need to replace some hoses and Thermo? I knew the previous owner and worked on the car in the past for her.
Question is this...... Is there anything any of you could think of to swap off of this car and put onto the 89? The 89 has lower miles and has been babied more, But I want to take the oportunity while I have it. I am Planning on cleaning up the sedan, and re selling it.
I'd appreciate any opinions....
