1995 960Wagon - Which calipers are these? (pic included) 900 1995

This is from a 1995 960 Wagon. My brother just picked this car up for a steal of a deal, it just needs some minor work :) like brakes! I'm not super familiar with the 960/S90 line...

need to replace pads / rotors... I believe they came with either girling or bendix calipers and assocatiated pads/rotors... Im not sure how to identify.

Can someone tell from the pic which calipers these are?
