Wiring Harness identification - fits which 240 models ? 200

I bought some 240 stuff from a friend and have now have a spare wiring harness in very good condition . The numbers that I see are 1351595 and maybe a space and another 1 . Which models/years does it fit ? I will sell it since my splice job on my car is sufficient for me and I will buying a 1989 model very soon . Thanks
