'LuK' clutch cover + 'Sachs' disk ? 200 1979

Re-re-hello precious friends,

I just found out that my B21F engine sports a "LuK" clutch. The "LuK" friction disk has a broken dampening (?) spring.

May I use a good "Sachs" disk (for B21F) that I have in conjunction with the "LuK" pressure plate?

I do not know what to watch out for to determine the answer.
