timing belt in B6304 S90-V90

hi,
simple question: do I need to replace every time timing belt tensioner together with timing belt?

It is soon 120 kkm in my V90 and I am starting to thing about it...
What is a price for all cost of this operation in US ?
In Germany I have to pay 320 euro (all incl.).
