Ok, I apologize if my messages are appearing too often.
But this damn problem just won't go away.
Short recap on my 1990 240 DL wagon:
Intermittent hesitation and stalling, only with prompt restart. Otherwise, drives like a champ.
I have changed many parts since the problem started.
main pump,
transfer pump and the short hose
cleaned throttle body
fuel pressure regulator
fuel filter
throttle switch
25 amp fuse holder is fine ( I tested the connections and put in a new fuse)
I think AMM is fine, since I am getting the same problem driving on limp home mode.
All grounds are great; I live in California.
So I think there's only one thing left:
My 561 ECU.
But I hate to spend more money only to see the same problem exist.
So will someone loan me their back up ECU? Either a 561 or 951 for my 90 LH 2.4.
I will pay for all shipping ofcourse.
