SES Light reset 700 1986

OK,
Saturday I was cleaning the flame trap when the small vacuum hose broke. My wife was going to the store so, I asked her to pick a new hose up. While she was gone I decided to clean the throttle body and intake. Running the cleaner through the vacuum port caused the SES light to come on. Now I've forgotten the process to retreive and clear trouble codes. Any help?
