What parts do I need for a Rear Seal replacement? 700

The oil is starting to leak. A lot. Thus I can put off getting the rear seal replaced no longer.

I am going to have this done as it exceeds my shade-tree skill level. However, I would much rather buy the parts from an online dealer rather than pay full price. So what I am trying to figure out is what I am going to need.

Rear seal, obviously, but are there any other parts/gaskets/etc that I will need to give to the mechanic?
